Nolan Duck, D.Min., is founder and CEO of DBG Advisors. Nolan is passionate about working with business owners to get their company organizationally healthy and financially profitable as they move toward an exit. Weather they plan to sell now or ten years from now, his goal is to build the full value of their company so that they are ready of a sale if someone comes calling. He uses his experience of selling companies to guide business owners through the exit planning process as well as the sale of their company.
Nolan is a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. Nolan received his BA from the University of Arkansas, Master’s degrees in Theology and Religious Education and a Doctorate in preaching from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife live in Richardson, Texas.
Herbert Severin, MBA, has for nearly 20 years worked with small companies implementing strategies for operational efficiency and near-term sales increases. Herbert’s work has resulted in growing sales from $10 million to more than $20 million in less than 24 months, building a global distribution network to 24 countries, and leading the development and market launch of technology products. He has provided operational leadership as an executive within companies involved in mergers and divestitures.
Herbert has worked with DBG Advisors for the past eight years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Theology from Evangel University, a Master of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University, and is a Certified Value Builder. Herbert has served LeTourneau as the Vice Chair of the Alumni Board, and he lives with his wife and children in McKinney, Texas.
Richard Kelsheimer pursues a singular goal in working with others – to help them move from success to significance. With a career that spans over 30 yrs. in the financial services industry, he has distinguished himself in many roles: as agent, investment advisor, trustee, coach and mentor. Richard is known for building authentic relationships that are mutually-beneficial. This enables him to help clients chart a course to accomplish their most critical goals.
Richard attended Texas Tech University where he majored in business, with an emphasis on personal management and finance. He spent much of his career with Prudential Financial Services as an agent and manager shepherding others. A five-time qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable, Richard brings a wealth of business, insurance and financial knowledge to DBG Advisors and is a huge resource to clients in the areas of sales and marketing, estate planning, insurance and retirement planning. As a coach he prides himself in helping others build value personally and in their business. He and his wife Traci live in Arlington, Texas.
