He is a recognized leader in the field, providing advisory services to business owners in the Lower Middle Market and Main Street and has sold multiple manufacturing, distribution, and service companies.
Nolan served as President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (D/FW Chapter), and on the Advisory Board of the ValueBuilder System in Toronto, Canada. He is the current President of the Park Cities Rotary Club, is also a multi-level Paul Harris Fellow and a Paul Harris Society Member.
Nolan is an ordained Baptist minister, a Board-Certified Broker (BCB), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a Certified Value Builder Advisor (CVBA), a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), a member of the Exit Planning Institute, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), M&A Source, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), he is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
