Founded in 2014, this Commercial Speciality Construction Company is a premier Division Ten Speciality contractor headquartered in the North Texas area. The company is a qualified minority business enterprise that benefits from its minority status.

Examples of Division Ten Specialities include restroom fixtures and partitions, lockers, bike racks, towel dispensers, fire extinguishers, and corresponding cabinetry and other types of traditional Division Ten products.

This company also installs office kitchen appliances which produce a much higher margin than other products that are installed.
The owner’s responsibilities include the oversight of the organization, and its employees, and the supervision of the independent installation subcontractors. Staff members include a project manager, two assistant project managers, an accountant, and the head estimator and their assistant. There are six subcontracted crews for product installations at project sites.

The proposed transaction price is $1.5 million. This includes all Company assets, including accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, contract backlog, contractor relationships, trade name, brand, and all other business intangibles.

The owner will entertain a variety of transaction structures, including either an equity or asset sale, and would prefer to finance no more than 10% of the sales price through a promissory note that would be subordinated to an SBA Loan. The owners are not interested in a full seller-financed transaction.
