We only share general information about your company. If we determine that a prospective buyer is capable and willing to purchase your business, we request a Buyer Profile. Buyers then sign a Confidentiality Agreement. If the buyer profile meets your approval, the prospective buyer is invited to examine the Confidential Information Memorandum (“CIM”). The CIM includes more specific information about your company as well as an executive summary. This includes high level financial information and growth strategies to maximize future value and to prepare the business to be sold at the proper time.
Serious buyers will be asked to present a Letter of Intent. At this point we will provide them with more specific information about your company. This triggers a period of Due Diligence so the buyer can seriously consider the purchase.
