Herbert Severin, MBA, has spent nearly 20 years working within small companies creating strategic direction and leading the implementation and ongoing management of tactical plans that result in near-term operational efficiencies, sales increases, and enterprise value acceleration. Herbert’s work has resulted in growing sales from $10 million to more than $20 million in less than 24 months, establishing export distribution networks to 24 countries, leading new product development, and directing the commercialization and launch of new technology products. He has held positions as an executive within companies worked as an entrepreneur, served as a consultant, and has been involved in mergers and divestitures.
Herbert has worked with DBG Advisors for the past eight years. In this role, Herbert leverages the DBG Advisors growth coaching methodology toward enterprise value acceleration for day-to-day operational improvement and maximizing value so that the client company and the business owner are always ready for an exit event. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Theology from Evangel University, a Master of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University, is a Certified Global Business Professional, and a Certified Value Builder. Herbert has served LeTourneau as the Vice-Chair of the Alumni Board, and he lives with his wife and children in McKinney, Texas.
