L. Nolan Duck is a business broker, founder and chief executive officer of DBG Advisors. Our CEO began his career in mergers and acquisitions by founding Duck Business Acquisitions in 2006. In his first year, he listed and sold a company for $5.75 million dollars within four months. He continues to help business owners identify sales opportunities—and to guide clients through the intense, comprehensive process of selling their company.
The founder of DBG Advisors is a Certified Business Intermediary, a business broker and a licensed real estate broker in Texas. In addition, Nolan is a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
His wife and he have been married for 30 years, and have two grown children. In addition, Nolan is a Life Member of both the Arkansas Alumni Association and the Baylor Alumni Association. Also, he is a member of Park Cities Rotary Club and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Richardson, Texas.
