Terry Tyler is a Business Broker with DBG Advisors who is passionate about becoming a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized business owners to help them plan and achieve their goal of exiting their business well. He is a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
Leveraging the full complement of resources available at DBG Advisors, Terry offers business owners a full suite of advisory services, including:
- Financial analysis to determine company worth, including Certified Business Valuations
- Actionable strategies to improve profits as well as revenue and cash flow
- Exit planning and succession roadmap to prepare for and complete a successful transition
- Consulting for M&A business sales, acquisitions, or partnerships
Prior to joining DBG Advisors, Terry spent 34 years with IBM in sales, sales process and training, program management, customer success, and strategy and transformation. Terry graduated from Baylor University in Computer Science. He is also a lay elder in his church where he is involved in teaching, leadership, shepherding, and discipleship.
