Dr. Nolan Duck is founder of DBG Advisors. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions in 2006 and in his first year, he listed and sold a company for $5.75 million dollar within four months. Most importantly, he continues to help business owners identify sales opportunities and to guide them through the process of selling their business.
Nolan has been in Mergers and Acquisitions for 13 years. Also he is a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He is a Certified Value Builder in the Value Builder System. In addition, he is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
Dr. Duck and his wife have been married for 35 years and have two grown children. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has two master’s degrees and a Doctorate from Southwester Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Nolan is a Life Member of both the Arkansas Alumni Association and the Baylor Alumni Association. He is a member of Park Cities Rotary Club and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Richardson, Texas. In conclusion, Dr. Duck also serves as an Intentional Interim Pastor in churches throughout Texas and was named Outstanding Intentional Interim of the year in 2012 by the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
