Our Values

Honor God

We believe it is important to honor God in our speech, our attitudes and our behavior. This means we seek to do what is morally right in order to be a credit to the One we honor. We understand that each of us will fall short of this goal but we desire for our work and our relationships to reflect honor and credit to the God we love. We actively seek to give God His rightful place in our lives.

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.”  Matthew 6:33

Be Clear and Honest

When we communicate with each other, our intent is to be clear in what we say; to be straightforward and honest. We will always take responsibility for our shortcomings, oversights and mistakes. We will provide explanations when appropriate, but we will not make excuses, withhold information in order to hide our shortcomings, or blame others in order to avoid responsibility.

“Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal faithfully are His delight.”  Proverbs 12:22

Provide Excellent Service

Every client deserves excellent service from a trained professional who has knowledge of the industry and years of experience to lead their clients to a successful conclusion. We believe it is necessary to stay involved in continuing education and vitally connected to the marketplace in order to be ready to provide the service our client’s deserve. In addition, we believe our work should be done “as unto the Lord.”

“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men.”    Colossians 3:23

Put Clients First

We are fully committed to placing the concerns of those we serve ahead of our own. We understand that our clients are entrusting their largest asset to us. Therefore, we take this responsibility seriously by putting our client’s concerns ahead of our own. We are committed to our clients and will work hard to prove worthy of their trust.

“Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interest, but also for the interests of others.”    Philippians 2:3-4

Be Generous

We believe that generosity is an expression of our trust that God will always meet our needs. We do not live in fear of not having enough, but live with faith that God owns everything and there is no limit to His ability to provide for all of our needs and beyond. We believe that generosity is about more than money. It is about a generosity of heart and spirit and resources that flows out of the unlimited abundance of God’s love for us.

“He who is generous will be blessed.”     Proverbs 22:9
